Which Survey Do I Need?
At Sure Snag 360 we offer a range of Home Buyer Surveys including two essential New Build Snagging Surveys for your new property: the Pre-Completion Inspection (PCI) and Post Completion Snagging Inspection ensuring quality as well as peace of mind.
Level 2 Home Buyers Survey
A survey report format designed to reflect the condition of a traditional property that is more modern, of standard construction and not too big or complicated.
Level 3 Building Survey
Ideally suited to larger, more complex, older, extended or higher value homes.
Pre-Completion Inspection
A Pre-Completion Inspection follows a specific checklist designed by the NHQB (New Homes Quality Board) to provide homeowners yet to move in with a prescribed list specifying whether areas of the property have met its standards or not.
Post-Completion Snagging Inspection
Our Post Completion Snagging Inspection is much more in-depth than a Pre-Completion Inspection as it is not restricted to the NHQB checklist. Our new build Snagging Survey includes in detail identification of issues that are out of tolerance according to the standards of the NHBC and Building Regulations. This inspection is only carried out after your new home has been handed over to you (unless consent is granted by the developer).

From Inspection to Assurance
Book Your Survey
You can schedule your inspection ore get a quote by using the booking form. If you have any questions or queries please contact us using the details on the ‘Contact Us’ page. Or simply give us a call to discuss your survey or any concerns you have.
Inspection
We will arrive on the agreed date and time, collect the keys as pre-arranged and undertake your inspection. This will take between 2 to 8 hours depending on the size and type of your home, we will call you after our survey to discuss any findings.
Report
We will provide you with your New Build Snagging Survey Report within 24-48 hours and Homebuyers reports within 1-3 business days.
